My 08 Uly ................................................ My 08 Uly is totaled after my accident. My dealer has a 09XP. Is now the time to jump ship or stay with a bike I really enjoyed. But what down the road???? | ||

I plan to keep riding mine until it's all used up, and secretly hoping to "wake up" and find that the demise of Buell was just a PR stunt to clear the "pipeline" of unsold inventory. | ||

The Uly is the best bike I have ridden, but I have serious doubts since mine is layed up with a dead ECM. The dealer told me today that the backorder has been extended until 11/30, that would be over a month without my bike. Can't rely on Harley and I expect things will only get worse. I plan on keeping my Uly, but I also put a deposit down on a 2010 Multistrada 1200. I'd hate to be on a long trip, have something go wrong, and be stuck subject to HD's whims. | ||

Having been at the factory and spoke with the people (elves) on the One Last Ride, I can tell you it's no PR stunt. And too the original post, I bought a new Uly and hope to enjoy it for many many years. | ||
