I just finished my Comfort kit install.
what are those of you who own the silver blankets doing? I put it back on, but I bet the rear 1/2 is not doing anything accept taking up space (and pressing on the ECM connectors).

The front 1/2 looks like it will still insulates you from the top of the rear head.

I left mine on . Can't have too much insulation.

I left the front section on and removed the rear. I feel no heat from under the seat any longer.

My dealer installed mine and my 1st ride on it was 60mi to return home. Mild day but I felt engine heat on my right inner thigh. Is this normal? If it were warmer this would be too hot, but it felt good in the mid 50`s yesterday.
