I tried a search, but couldn't find what I was looking for. wanted to know if the ecm cables out there work on 09's. I have an XT, and wanted to know if I could get one. Or if only the dealers can modify the ecm. I need to get my ecm updated, but once the warranty is over, would like the option of useing a spy cable. Thanks, Gabe | ||

The ECMspy cables will work on all fuel injected Buell's from 99 to 2010. The ECMspy software itself will not work on your bike. (Message edited by froggy on November 04, 2009) | ||

This has been a concern of mine, I have been lurking for some time now and still wish to buy a Uly but with our local dealer losing the Buell HD line and then with Buell closing its doors my main concern is that when a re-flash or other tweaking is needed I won't be able to get it done. Is there any plan for adapting the ECM Spy to work on the newer bikes? | ||

There is a long story about it, but ECMspy development came to a end before they had released a working copy for those bikes. Last I heard there is nothing coming out in the future. There are other programs like Directlink that will work on the bike. | ||
