hi guys,
i rode my 06 Uly to my local HD / Buell dealer and there is no discounting / sell out going on yet?
I spoke with 2 sales guys who were both sorry to see Buell going...and meant it!

they only had 4 bikes in the showroom:

1x 1125, 1x XB9S, 1x XB12XT and an orange XB12X.
other than that only a limited amount of clothes etc..i do like the buell "waterproof" fleece...but they did not have it in my size...Do'h

anyway, may check out the other local dealers...

thx lars

I thought there was a cable across the Atlantic that allowed communication between the UK & USA - '2 countries separated by a common language'. Anyway Lars - they are discounting like crazy on this side of the pond. One guy picked up a brand new 09' 12X for 8K $US. Perhaps you need to let the dealers know that they will no longer be in the Buell business soon... & make you a deal on that 08 they've had sitting on the floor for 2 years. Good luck! j

In Edmonton, Alberta, Canada the dealer only had 4 remaining bikes - big discounts were there to be taken. A 2010 1125R for around $11,000CDN. List is around $16,300. Don't know if the dealer will still look after the bikes they have sold. On the other side of the parts counter - Buell parts are still priced high. An example; drive belt for my Uly is $280. - can pick one up in the USA for $175.

Here in the Netherlands no discount either.
Full price on everything.

Dealer in Rotterdam is no longer HD authorised.

Similar situation downunder. No discounting yet, very little new stock anyway. I don't think any 2010 1125's actually made it here, but I've seen a new XB12Ss and XB12XT.
I've asked about the $5k rebate, local dealer is trying to find out info, but I'd guess it won't be passed on to dealers outside the U.S.
cheers,
chili

Theres discounts on all the bikes in the UK, dont know why your dealership isnt having them lars. They've got the waterproof fleeces at newcastle HD, not sure if the clothes are discounted too.
