I broke one of the plastic strap snaps at the front of the bag. Its one of two straps that bolt to the front of the airbox cover. Anyone know where to get a replacement?

Well if you cannot find a solution you may have to go to a store like REI and find a comparable clip and then get good with a sewing machine. Ive had to do that with a couple of my field packs in the past.

Your local Buell dealer should be able to order you a set.... they are only couple of bucks.

Don't bother trying to find a non-OEM replacement. I ran around to three or four outdoor stores and the buckles on the bag are Buell specific.

The part number you need is:

92168-05Y

This is the male connector, the female connectors (the ones that attach to the bike are:

92169-05Y

What's interesting is on the service parts list, they have the male connector shown as a part only for the part that attaches to the rear of the bag and stays on the bike. All connectors attached to the bag itself are not listed since the bag is marked as "not sold separately".

Hope this helps.
