I just purchased and received the Palmer brackets for my windshield.

The instructions
http://palmerproducts.auto.officelive.com/winuly.a spx

don't explain how to remove the pin from the existing windshield. (I have the XT larger windscreen on my X)

I want to remove the pins without damaging them as I may return the vehicle to stock someday.

I pushed mine vertically down on my wooden desk and they popped out!

Push them through from the pin side to the front side, and they'll pop out the front. It may be easier if you have a small screwdriver or a punch - you can use that to push part of the 'skirt' through the opening to get it started.
