Using the search function I've found:

94483Y RECALL KIT, CODE 0832, SIDESTAND, XB12X
L1167.1AK SIDESTAND LEG SERVICE KIT
Which one is the correct? I need the leg and the bracket which goes to the motor case. My Uly '06 was "recalled" so the parts listed in the Parts Catalog aren't fitted now.

Every help will be appreciated.

Thanks

I don't have any of the books for this, but it would seem that L1167.1AK would be the replacement side stand kit. Should be able to confirm that with any of the parts guys you are ordering from.

If I remember correctly the recall kit only included new bolts and a different style pivot pin.

I am not even sure if you can get the recall kit, due to legal mumbo jumbo. I believe that second number you listed is the one you want. Honestly, I would get the stand of a 2009+ Uly, its got a nice large "golf putter" foot, it won't sink as easily on soft surfaces.

Dosen't look like its available as a kit though:
L0152.4AK BRACKET, SIDESTAND ASSY Retail Price:$40.85
L0167.4AK SIDESTAND LEG ASSEMBLY Retail Price:$52.04

L1167.1AK SIDESTAND LEG SERVICE KIT, only comes with the updated pivot pin & E-clip (replacing the pivot bolt) and the corresponding stand. No bracket, spring, S-plate, or bolts.

When Uly stands started breaking I ordered a new leg and bolt to take with me on a trip July '06. Buell must have been in the process of gearing up for the Recall because the Service Kit is what was sent to me instead.

Thanks for the answers; if there aren't more news I'll buy the 2009+ version.

Make sure they don't sell you one for an XT. It should be a little shorter than the one for your X.

Ok, as the parts guy at the dealer here in Spain isn't capable to give me the part number for the Uly 2009 (not really interested), I've called a dealer in USA. He gives me L0167.1AVB and L0152.1AV, which are different as L0167.4AK and L0152.4AK.
Now I'm not sure if the difference is due to my bad english or the XB12X 2009 use now the same as the XB12XT ??????????

Please help, I don't want to order wrong parts.

Those are the XB12XT part numbers. The XT is shorter and has a shorter stand. If you put it on your X you will be leaning over quite a bit more.

AK is the model code for XB12X, 4 is forth year of production, starting with 2006 being 1, 07 is 2, 08 is 3, and 09 is 4. : )

L is the code for various brackets/frame/isolators and similar devices, so the sidestand would fit into that. 0167 and 0152 are the item codes for the various sidestand parts, and .4AK means 09 Uly.

They can't legally sell you a recall kit because they are required by Federal law to install it and file paperwork. They also aren't charged for recall parts by the factory.
