I replaced my stock 12STT bar with a clubman and I would feel more relaxed if my clutch cable was a bit longer. Do you guys know if 1) the Uly bar is taller/wider than the S' bar? 2) would some of you measure the length of the clutch cable? wider questions maybe? thanks gianluca | ||

The Uly bar is taller and about the same width as the various S bars. | ||

When I did a bar change on my City-X I went higher and wider. It left the clutch cable too short. I moved it out of its original position where it ran through a hole on the top triple clamp, to outside the left fork. I fastened it with a tube clamp(metal loop with a screw hole) and a couple of reinforced zip ties. | ||

I wish I did. I sold that City-X shortly after getting my uly in early '06. Any pictures that I had went down with the hard drive they rode out on. Sorry It did work well, though it looked prettier in the original hole. |
