After taking my Uly to no less than 4 Buell dealers in my area and being treated like a red headed step child at all of them, I am happy to say, that my first impression with the staff at the Danbury, CT HD/Buell dealership today was a positive one. Finally, a staff that appear to have knowledge and respect for the Buell product and it's customers.

Hopefully, I will be as impressed with there work as I was my visit today after dropping her off for the 10K mile service.

I'll keep you posted !

I saw your bike sitting outside today! Sexy looking beast. You wont be disappointed. They have taken good care of me. It's always nice to see that the guys who work on your bike also ride Buells. The Parts guys know their stuff too.

And it helps when you are greeted by these two...

It's been over a week that my bike has been in the shop for the 10K mile service. I haven't heard a word from the dealer about when it's going to be done.

Before I call them, is this how long it should take for them to do it?
