I have a voltage meter I'd like to mount on my cross bar. Any suggestions for some cheap hardware I can bolt it on with? It comes with some double stick tape/velcro, so ideally I'd like to attach some tabs I can stick it onto.

I liked my spot better. No wires getting in the way. Can see with tank bag. sticks on.

I put the same meter above the speedometer and drilled a hole for the wire.
Made for a clean install.

Mine's too big to mount there.

Let me know how good that one is, I have read reviews of it not working right and reporting wrong voltages.

My buddy has it on his strom and he didn't have any problems with it last year. He like it b/c he could tell how much each of the various heated stuff (grips, jacket, seat, etc.) he was using impacted voltage.... I've been seriously considering one for this winter. Mostly on his recommendation.

I had that voltmeter (the long one) for a while on my old bike. It is NOT waterproof. One small ride in the rain and it was toast.

I also had the little one in the top photos on another bike. It worked very well.

If you have a place to mount it though, nothing beats a Datel.

I have the Kuryakyn one (small one, top photo) mounted to the GPS bracket on my right bar (using the Buell / Garmin Quest setup). I've had a Kuryakyn meter on my S2 for years, and they seem to be pretty darned reliable for both accuracy and durability.

Sanchez: I don't know what connection method you have on that volt meter, but I have my GPS mounted to my crossbar with these:
