Author Message   3reg3 Posted on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 - 11:11 pm:        I've been wanting one for close to two years and on monday it finally came true. I was able to find a new 2008 XB12XT at a great price. The H-D/Buell dealer said they were dropping Buell and were willing to give me the bike below cost. Other than the sales guy asking me "So you really like these Buells?" The dealership did everything they could to satisfy all my needs. They even agreed to do a color swap from red to black at no extra cost. I loved my 2003 XB9S and really hesitated selling it because I thought I would be losing handling and performance, but now after buying the ULY I have quickly realized that not only do I still have all the handling and performance but gained a great seat and tons of storage. By the way the dealership (Carolina H-D/Buell in Gastonia/West Charlotte, NC)still has a few more bikes left as well as 2 more Uly's on the floor. I believe they are both 2008 XB12X's, one is now red and the other is the barricade orange. They are VERY motivated to sell them. Lets put it this way, I was able to get the bike, taxes, doc fee, color swap, front fender(had to buy separate because XB12X fender is different)and was still about $200 below cost!   Idaho_buelly Posted on Thursday, August 20, 2009 - 12:40 am:        Congrats on your new ride!
