This morning when I went to ride my Uly it felt funny pulling it out of the garage. Felt like the bike weighed a ton and was hard to push. I left on it anyway and only got a few blocks from the house and turned around and came home. Definitely was something wrong (tire pressure).

So when I get home from work I just checked and my rear tire was basically flat. I looked it over and can't find anything in it. So it seems like it just went flat somehow.

Why???

I filled it with air and will check it in 24 hours, but what else should I be doing about it (if anything)?

Well, apart from the obvious one of inquisitive children playing with letting air out - had that with the car years ago....

Have you checked the vavle itself for a slow leak and there is always a possibility of the tyre not sealing on the rim - not very common but possible of the tyre sealing area has been damaged - inflate tyre and brush soapy water around the tyre-rim to see this one.

I had a puncture on a recent weekend trip and could not find the offending bit of debris. After sacrificing one of my CO2 bottles to locate the leak via bubbles in water splashed around the tread of the tyre, I discovered a single strand of a wire brush had worked its way through the tyre (Scorpion Sync) and then over time, must have worked away enlarging the hole.
This little stinker was close to invisible just looking at the tyre and I would have doubted it possible unless I had been through the roadside hole plugging exercise and the 20 mile ride (two-up) with 15 lbs of rear tyre pressure.}
