I cannot for the life of me get the new stock bar ends to go into the handlebars! I've tried dishsoap, WD40 and a hammer. No go. Suggestions?? |

You may have to file the inside of the bar some, mine had a sharp lip on the inside of the bar. |

stick em in the freezer for a while. meanwhile let the bars sit in the sun and heat up....... should go right together after that. |

I threw mine in some boiling water for a bit to soften them up, then beat the crap out of them to get them in the bar. You would be very surprised at how hard you can hit them with a dead blow and not cause damage. Just watch out and make sure that you don't have any skin in the area, or it will get pinched. DAMHIK.
