Dear Comagination I ordered a H7 headlight modulator from you. I place the order and hear NOTHING, no e mail nothing just that you got my money. I send multiple emails trying to confirm shipping, again silence. About a week later, I get the H4 headlight kit, I am concerned since I ordered a H7. I send an e mail expressing my concern. I finally get an e mail back with a phone number that I requested. I call and you tell me no problem this kit will work fine. Today, ,I try and install only to find that the pin sizes on the H4 kit are too big for a H7 bulb. Funny, you failed to mention this problem. I get on the web and amazingly enough I find another guy who ran into the same problem and he documented that you gave him some excuse about Kawasaki using some odd size. I guess my bike is using the same odd size , eh. I had to try and cut the pins off the modulator leads and try and hard wire, so much for the plug and play concept. So here I am , you got my $70 some bucks. What should take place is I return this mess and you ship me what I ordered however I have a feeling that probably won’t happen. Fellow bikers – Buyer beware |
