David,
Resetting the tps works best on a hot engine. Remember to back it off to zero and then go one more turn out. Make sure the throttle plate is closed. It should stick a little when you try to open it. Reset the tps and bring it back to 5.1. Check hot idle and reset to 950 to 1150. Do not go over 1150 as it will cause other problems. You can reset your AFV to 100 too. At this point you must ride it. If there was a change your system will have to relearn so don't worry if it doesn't run well at first. Get out and ride at a steady speed for 20 minutes or so at around 3000 rpm. It should run better the more you ride it.
