Due to circumstances which I refuse to divulge, I find myself needing to touchup a couple of spots on my frame and swingarm..does anyone know the paint color code for these parts.

Tks

I feel your pain, my dog was using my die grinder too close to the swing arm and POW.

From another Thread from another poster:
These are the numbers for the gray frame paint:

Part # M0300.1AAYBP brush
Part # M0310.1AAYBP aerosol

I bought the spray can and I think it was around $15. Someone here also posted that a Duplicolor touch paint was a good match

Duplicolor Touch Up Paint #DSDA04 Grey metallic

Yeah, that was my post. I still haven't gotten around to use the paint though.

Thanks for the quick response guys..is this just paint you can find at any good auto parts store ???

It looks like there might be some slight texture to it, am I just imagining that ???

Many thanks.

Hi,

The frame from Buell is powder coated and not spray painted with pigment and solvent. It, the powder coat, does have a slight metallic visual affect.

Uh oh, ..then the paint part number from above, does that have to be baked on ?

Those of you who have "painted" it, how did it look when you finished ?
