Fueled up tonight after a long day of riding and the seat moved on me. Huh, I thought, son must not have put enough pressure on it to lock it in. Start to ride home and think it has been over a week and 900 miles since he put that on why would it move now...

Well tried to pull the seat off but the latch and cable was still attached. Huh. Insert key and unlatch it to find the 2 bolts that hold the latch and the BAS had fallen out. Luckily they were rolling around down by the battery tray. There was not any thread locking material on them at all. So now they are all thread locked up. You may want to check yours for tightness and thread lock it. Was surprised the bike didn't kick off with the BAS flopping in the back like that.
