So in the same spirit, I recommend a list serve for those willing to meetup and share a meal & beer with Buellers who are in the middle of their road trips. After all, it's kind of short sighted if they only excuse for meeting other Uly riders is because we're broken down. You will then have initiated yourself into a family of some of the greatest people that you will likely ever meet. Then getting Buell riding out of your blood will be tough. Riding will become your only social event, and those riders will be there when ever for what ever you will need. Be that a ride, a weekend trip, help with a problem, help with parts, a tow, special tools, great ideas, maybe even passing a jar around a campfire. All that is need it to drop in and read about what is happening. Let me check with MTB and see what the latest status is. If the dealer isn't willing to take it on, we'll need to proceed with the BEER Box. As for meeting folks along the way, post in each of the Storm Fronts in areas you'll be passing through. Jlnance did his cross country tour a couple of years ago and had people meet him for breakfast, lunch, dinner, parts of the ride and even had offers of places to stay.
