No Manual yet.

Question.
Does the oil rad have a thermostat?
i.e. does it bypass the oil rad when the
oil isn't at operating temperature?
Or flow all the time.

Also, does the oil pump slip, or is it fixed (geared hard link) to the engine's rpm?

No thermostat.

Pump is hard linked to the engine's rpm.

Faster it spins, the higher the pressure.
