Has anybody tried Precision Engineering's Footpegs? How do they feel?
They're wider than the originals, so I wonder if there's a noticeable change in the relationship to the brake & shift levers.
After growing up on dirt bikes, the original Buell pegs feel slick to me - and I'd appreciate the benefit of your experience.

T - Great addition. No foot placement or Ergo changes - has same 1" drop as stock pegs. Much better grip in the wet/muddy stuff and a bit wider for more comfortable foot support. Also added their 1" bar risers for less forward pressure on the wrists. They make good stuff. j

I have the 2" lower pegs. I adjusted the shift lever a bit lower, the brake is fine. The pegs allowed me to stand while riding without having to bend over too much. I am 6'3" and can use all the legroom I can get. NUTS

I love them. Gives you a good solid feel. No changes in ergos just put them on and go.

I think they're great - especially standing up for off-road work. I kinda like the original pegs in the twisties since I can slide my foot around easily to shift/brake. Since they're so easy to change, I use both.

Thanks for the input guys. I think it'll be 100 bucks well spent, and I'll bet they're gonna look cool two.

I got the 2" drop and love them.. I did adjust the shift and brake a bit. More comfortable and they grip my boots better, no slippage.

We put a set on my wife's Ss, and she really loves them. I plan to put a set on my XT in the not too distant future.

Froggy,
I bought a pair billet footpegs from American Sport Bike p/n9188. When they arrived, I noticed they would be ~1 in taller compared to stock (before they put the note on the website). Didn't want this so they sit in the bag unopened. If interested send me a PM.
