This is Don R. a 76 yr old new Buell buyer (last fall) He has owned some 20 motorcycles but never a Buell, or at least not until he came in to High Country. He may not ride a Uly, but he knows adventure. Note his helmet. He has ridden a motorcycle in every state, every Canadian province and even rented one in Hawaii. Red states he lived in, orange he has ridden in countless times, white only a few times, green is Canada with some routes shown in white tape.  | ||

my first time on the dragon, but not hers...  from sunday, the day after picking her up from ft_bstrd. i don't get down this way terribly often-definitely not on a bike-so i had to head north. remember, i just picked her up, so don't knock me for not dragging a knee (yet). | ||

Nice day for some pics and a ride. Few updates from my profile pic. First additions to the dash.  Volt meter and a well placed metal badge added. Does the badge look familiar?  Added Precision Engineering shifter and shift pivot on this side. Also a Darkhorse Moto oil temp dipstick.  Precision brake lever on this side as well as a customized stock piece. Can you find it? Also added HID lights over the winter and painted the bag panels black which made them look so much nicer. | ||

I was going to.... but then the cheap side of me reared its head.... One rattle can of white paint from Autozone for the bags and Cee Bailey's. The fender, air box and chin fairing are stock Buell arctic white parts I have the fly screen in Birch White but its a shade or 2 off. It may look just fine once I put it on, If not, I hit it with the rattle can.  | ||
