I posted on "Knowledge Vault" and got one reply. Fiancee' has a Scg and loves power and size however due to neck problems the suspension is way to stiff for her, so she does not ride as much. I have turned down the preload but was wondering if anyone knew about springs for front and rear that would reduce jarring effect on our bad roads. Thanks

You should also turn down the compression and rebound settings. Compression especially will help with the 'shock' of bumps. Preload is only for 'how much weight am I carrying' settings; com/reb handle the actual jarring of bumps and dips.
