I just HAD to do it. fired the 08XT up and went for a burn. Put a quick 100 miles on the clock. Got new gear during the winter,Tourmaster coat and pants. "Freakin awesome" didn't even use the heated gear underneath. (but I found 85 mph. for 25 miles got a little chilly)!
