Ok here is an update on my buying search. You guys were great with the help about what to do and most of you were thinking in the same path as me…Great Minds Think The Same!! I went and looked at the two bikes 06/07 and they both had been down on the left side, minor damage but down just the same. These guys were asking $7000.00 for each one and didn’t want to deal at all…so I walked out with $7000.00 in my pocket …there loss. I found an e-mail back from a Buell dealer that was working on getting a price down where I was looking. They came back with an 06 full bag set 8k miles clean never down bike for $7400.00 out the door. Seems like the best deal so far and I am going to go up and test ride the bike next week …hopefully bring it home. Anyone want to comment on the price…good / Bad ???? | |||

Froggy, I did talk with him at one time but the bags are gone ( a must for me ) and between shipping excet...it just wouldn't work .The other bike is 3 hrs from me but a little more than I wanted to pay. | |||

Waterman, That is one of the two I went to look at on Monday.It has some damage to the left side and these guys dont want to deal at all.They also have a black 06 there to. Both bikes came from a local Harley dealer where I was think about buying one but they ended up at this wholesalers shop for $1000.00 more....And no bags...gotta have bags | |||

Don't let the bags make or break a sale. If you can swing a deal with the bags, then great, if not you can get your choice in bags after. Brand new take offs show up on the classifieds all the time here.  | |||
