I have not had any luck getting a response from Eurotech, so I'm not sure what the deal is. When I contacted HB, they simply refer you to Eurotech since they are the US distributor. On the other hand, A&S BMW/Cycles was able to help me out. You might try calling A&S if you end up like me and can't get anybody else to help you out. Twisted Throttle use to have good service, but they stopped carrying HB stuff last year. : (

Still under warranty? Try your dealer.

Good luck with the dealer. They dont have a part number for the latch that locks the case to the rack. Everything else is available. I used the Eurotech place for the odd latch kit.

When I broke the latch on my '06, my dealer got a replacement in less than a week. It cost around $20.00.

Also you have a full 2 year warranty from date of purchase, over the counter or dealer installed. Have the dealer look up service bulletin B-073 if they give you a hard time. Hope this helps,Bob
