A motorcycle show in #6 .. In Jan. ? No way .. I grew up there and walled lake. I won't be in town till the end of the month but just wondering .. where is the show and how big is it ? | ||

This is the international motorcycle show, It travels all over the country. This is the first for me, but it's in the rock financial center. (supposed to be pretty big), but I guess I'll find out. Just wondering if Erik is going to be there, It would be pretty cool to be able to talk to him , and give him a pat on the back, for doing such an awesome job! I'm also looking forward to the gear vendors also. There isn't much up here in the frozen white wasteland. | ||

Hey Luftkoph, Yes We did the bike show. It was a pretty good show, but I didn't meet anyone from Badweb, or from East Troy. The Buell booth was pretty nice, they had a few Ulys there, and some pretty Knowledgable people from Biker Bob's in the booth. They didn't have a bunch of gear people there though. I was actually looking for a Scorpion XDR shock jacket, But they did not attend. I didn't see Aerostitch either. They DID have a BMW set up with Touratech, but no goodies for the ULY in the booth. They did have a KTM, without the bag set up, but from what I saw, I still like the Buell MUCH better. (of course, I am bias)! LOL. Started out from Brutus 6:00, at the show by 9:15, and back home by 5:00. put about 570 miles on the Envoy. It all went by pretty quick. | ||

hey mad doc never went a friend went to it out east said same thing not many vendors,last one I went to was in 89 in baltimore it was nice a bunch of gary nixons race bikes and a large collection of old bmws and BIKINI girls |
