I've seen these in stores.
Pretty beefy but it looked too ponderous to carry.
If I chose to lock mine up, I have a kryptonite cable combined with a diskus lock.

I can get my riding gear with that setup by stringing it through the sleeves or whatever.

I use the bike cuffs when I travel. The Kryptonite you can cut right thru.
I had to lock the Uly up to a secured bench in front of Appleton HD in Kentucky one night after it broke down. I put it right next to the front door where the camera was. The next day when I showed up I got a whole bunch of comments on the bike cuffs. They are heavy and a pain to pack. K
