Hey FB how is everything going? - any light at the end of the tunnel that will preclude de-Uly-fication?

Still here. Riding tomorrow. We'll see. My OP was just a feeler to see what the going rate would be. The Uly's guaranteed to be one of the last things to go.

If you sell your bike, I'll personally come pee in your mailbox. : )

Of course, I understand responsibilities. You gotta do what you gotta do, and my Uly is always parked in the shop (when I'm not riding it) should you need to feed your fix.

Of course, when Barack gets elected, he'll take Ulys away from the rich and give one to you. LOL! : )

Good to hear the Uly is staying, FB.

Hopefully mine won't be out of commission for too long. The initial estimate was late December! That was if they have trouble sourcing a frame.

How do you blow up headlights?

Were you just riding it when it happened, or was there a "Hey, watch this!" moment involved?

I definitely want to do that. I'm just afraid that my clutch wouldn't survive it. I want to do that section under the powerlines BAD! That looked awesome. I know we can get some air.

Dang...you guys just LIKE tearing up a perfectly good ROAD bike. LOL! : )

Now...I'd take my 200lb scooter down just about any road since I can pick it up and carry it over most stuff. : )

My scooter will have a place in my heart forever. Took my 4yo daughter on a scooter ride around the neighborhood on Sunday. She didn't want to stop. We rode around our neighborhood for 45 minutes and she kept giggling and smiling the entire time.

I may just have a riding buddy. : )

Yep...if she is interested in riding, she'll learn in the dirt.

If I can get her used to the rear end sliding around, she'll be hell at track days. : )

My father, brother and I all rode dirt bikes together. It's something that bonds you together, even through the teenage years. We all ended up riding competition in observed trials back in the 70's. Dad's gone now but I'm so thankful he passed on such a wonderful sport.
