Its is just like the one above with the brackets and windshield. So if it will hold that with the wind force and such it should be just fine for lights. The mirror extensions are vibration isolators. The change that funny blur in the distance behind you to recognisable car I think they were intended for a KTM or something but they work well on the Uly.
