I'm so pleased with the end results that I will be making them.
Here's a couple of before/after shots - note that the kit is designed to utilise the pillion pegs to minimise costs and maintain a common look. Buell also sell them in Silver or Black (from the XT) in case you do take a pillion.

Do you know if there will be any clearance issues with the Micron header?

Not sure about the micron headers but I could certainly make a strut that bends outwards slightly more if necessary.
Do you have a view looking at the front of the engine to see how far out the headers come?

Should also mention that the entire kit is frame mounted so no vibration / deflections through the pegs.
