Werewulf Wausau H-D has a new 07 X with bags in black for $9990. I am sure you could get them lower than that too.

Would be a long trip home but there are quite a few great roads between WI and FL.

Can you keep the hand guards with the Kaoka cruise or the HVMP bar ends? Has anyone ever tried both of the popular cruises, laoka and throttlelock? What were the + and - of each?

You need to get the HVMP extra heavy's to keep the hand guards. No clue about the other things.

I was using the Kaoka throttle lock with the stock hand-guards but now have them in conjunction with a set of Cycra Probend bark busters.

Sorry about the crappy pics:

Tipsy-

Do the Kaoka bar ends take away some of the vibration? My right hand goes numb at 70mph after about 15 min of riding. Do you like the kaoka cruise?

Thanks
Sam

Sam, I've honestly never experienced any excessive vibration. I have the Kaoka to alleviate hand cramp while on extended cruises.

It works very well. I only use it for a few seconds whenever I feel the need to stretch my hand.

SVH,

"My right hand goes numb at 70mph after about 15 min of riding. "

Please check the integrity of your exhaust mountings (from header nuts to muffler mountings) and also the adjustment of the primary chain tension.
