So a while back I went into the Buell dealer down south and they didn't do much to inspire confidence as far as a Buell dealership would go. They didn't have many of them and didn't know much about them. I didn't end up buying the bike there for these reasons and the fact that Seminole Buell beat their price by about $2,000 didn't hurt. Today though, I went by to have my Uly looked at after the check engine light came on. I have to say that it was one of the best service related experience I have ever had. I currently have a few cars and have had my share of service visits to high-end dealers and can say that none of them topped my visit today. Everyone was friendly and eager to answer any question I had. If you go, be sure to ask for Tom. He's definitely a Buell guy. He's in parts, but it's obvious that if you took your bike apart and left all the pieces on the floor......he'd be able to put it back together without the manual. I just wish their sales department was as good as their service department. |
