Here's my delima. i originally wanted a special ops pipe and keep my stock pipe in case i wanted to go back stock. Odie has none for direct purchase, so been trying to buy another stock pipe to send in, but that seems to be easier said than done. Can't find a private seller with reasonable price and always get outbid at last second by the Ebay vultures. Now i have a chance at a race kit from a private seller at a reasonable price. By the time you add shipping both ways and the price for Odie's work both options come out to cost the same. Will i regret it if i go with the race kit? My bike runs really good and i don't want to screw it up. I have no equipment to do the tps reset. Will it be too loud? Will the sky fall in? You guys help me out. | ||

Most people that have the race kit like it. The race muffler is quieter than a Special Ops. If you install a new ECM, you will HAVE to have the TPS reset or your bike will run like crap. | ||

John, you funny guy. ok, so two people have said the race pipe is not as loud as the special ops. what i want to know is which one sounds better? |
