Besides the color, what is the difference?

They claim better grip, perhaps so we don't fall on our ass when standing in the rain. Can't wait to see one in person. : )

I hope they worked as advertised. I have had my fair share of wet slips offs. my 06 pegs are slipperier when wet than my bolt and lightning pegs.

Havent seen them in person, but I would imaging they are powdercoated with a rough texture like the black harley cases. And that is exactly what I am doing to mine right now.

Fromroswell-please post follow-ups with pics etc. I have many slip offs on the standard pegs when they are wet.

The '09 pegs are very similar in appearance, more aggressive in grip. I've got a couple pairs on the way to compare/contrast.
