Has anyone tried these? I know they're soft so they might not last long, but if offroad performance/dirt road performance matters a lot this tire looks good. I had not seen the rear in a 180 before but here it is:

I think Dr. Greg tried some of these.

I think they were ok but lasted like 1,000 miles.

Exactly right. Good but rear wears very quickly. Probably not worth it.

I saw some at the importers - just another heavily cut tread really.

I've got metzler and avon road tyres on at the moment. They are quite an aggressive tread for roadies and I can't tell any difference off road to Syncs or 616's.

ok, I was afraid of that...Right now I have a worn-out D616 on the front, and a new-ish Sync on the back. Handles great till I lean it over to the edge of the worn part of the front, where there is kind of a ridge now. Then it feels a bit sketchy. The Sync works well but seems to be wearing really fast. I guess I'll put a Sync on the front so they match though, as the rear is really good except for wearing fast (has about 1500 miles on it so far). Every time I have to buy tires, I try to re-evaluate what I'm choosing. Thanks for the input!
