Well I just left Bumpus Buell H-D in Murfreesboro, TN with my first Buell. It is an 08 XB12XT (Blue). I have only rode it home from the dealership to have dinner with the family and I can't believe the smile on my face. I can't wait till the break in period is over. I am heading out now to get the first 50 miles of the break in completed.

congratulations on the xt. the 2nd day i had mine it, i put over 600 miles put on it when i took it back up to greenville sc. so by sunday, it nearly had 1k. you got some great guys up there in your area to ride with. one just bacame a riders coach and they know their uly's quite well. enjoy the bike.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I guess I am one of the lucky ones, by boss rides too and I get to ride to work daily as well.

Ft Bstrd: I did buy the bike from Dave the Adventure Consultant - he did a great job!

Prior to this bike I running a H-D Street Glide, which seems to be collecting dust at the moment. I think the for sale sign will be on it soon enough/

I have to agree Dave is a great guy. Stopped in there on the way to do business in Bowling Green, KY and he actually talked to me at length. On the way back I decided to buy the Buell Racing Jacket that had been in there a while. Definite win for Bumpus having a dedicated guy. It does not cost a lot for HD dealer to be good Buell dealer as well. Just want to mostly.
