Most Buell's have minimal wind protection (1125R being an exception) what is the coldest temperature you have ridden your Buell in? |

About 20 degrees, F. Using an Olympia suit, sweater underneath, wool socks, workboots, snowmobile gloves, neck gaiter and Shoei helmet. Heated grips too. It really wasn't bad at all; I used the bike all winter. Worst part was trying to deal with a fogging face shield. People thought I was crazy here, but up north folks ride snowmobiles when it's much colder, so what's the difference? It builds character, right? |

Into the upper twenties a few times and in the thirties a lot. Heated grips/ele jacket/balaclava/layering, sometimes including rain suit to help with wind protection. |

High 20s and low 30s in an Aerostich with jeans and a sweatshirt underneath. I have decent winter gloves, but those handguards are a Godsend. I think when I move up north and actually have a real winter I'm going to go with heated grips and maybe an electric vest or something. |
