Rod, You might try this. Go to Buell website. Click on FAQ. Click on any of the topics. At the bottom of the screen you should see "Don't see your question? Send your question to Buell." Alternatively, you could call CS and ask for a specific e-mail address. | ||

Thanks guys. I'll keep this in mind for the future. For my immediate issue, I dropped a letter in the mail this morning. Since the bike is in the shop for at least another week and a half, mail should suffice. | ||

I prefer email to calling. Amen! I can email at work, but I can't yammer on the phone without disturbing my co-workers. Also, email works at my pace, I don't need to endure tedious menu systems and listen to horrible music while on hold for who knows how long. I try to not patronize companies which only have phone-only customer service, but if it turns out that Buell is one of those companies I'm keeping my Uly anyway.  | ||

I prefer email to calling. True story: I actually prefer watching movies and TV shows on my laptop. I can plug in the headphone, sit back in the recliner and crank up the explosions and expletives* without disturbing the kids or spouse. My wife and kids have now gotten in the habit of IM'ing me while I'm watching the movies. While they are sitting about 3 feet away. * I am a responsible parent. When watching porn on the big screen TV, I'll always turn the volume down when the kids come into the room. |
