since Buell partnered with these people I thought I'd check it out and it was cheaper, but boy cheaper aint better, had to cancel my policy because I wanted to add an enduro on, they don't insure dirt bikes and wont refund my last 3 months of policy.so watch out boys these are your typical snake in the grass insurance people.
has any one else have delt with them?

I thought it was Sentry they had a deal with?

They may be balking on any refund without you coming in to sign forms certifying that's your wish. (and likely to show you have acquired other coverage) I know my nationwide agent won't cancel over the phone.

Not insuring enduros might be one of they reasons that they ARE cheaper?

It is lame that they won't refund your remaining three months though. What if say, a person decides to sell their bike(s) before their insurance term is up? No refund for the remaining term? It seems wrong to me.
