From what I can tell, there aren't that many key codes for these things. I just walked out on the showroom and of the 2 Uly's I have in stock with bags on them, the key from my personal bike opened one. I'd be happy to send you one of my spares to see if it's a match to yours...I've got a huge knot of the things on my spare keychain in the garage since they send 2 with the sidecases and 2 more with the top case...
