Just got my new issue of Rider magazine yesterday (June 2008). On the cover is the 2008 Ulysses XB12XT and a pretty fair review of the bike. I think this is the first Ulysses article since their shootout with the v-strom, tiger, and multistrada a while back (they weren't crazy about the Uly in that shootout). Wayne | ||

Nice site with neat little videos. I liked the air-bag jacket and vest even though they need to think about air bag hip protection. Back in 96' I flew over the handlebars and slammed hip first into the pavement at about 45mph and was bruised clear into the hip bone. I probably bounced even without an airbag. I got up and rode my bike home but had hobbled for about 3 days because of that slammer. http://www.ridermagazine.com/index.cfm |
