Any one running the Jardine slip-on on an XB12 - the reason I ask is that a few weeks back I ran into an XB12 at the local HD dealer that had a std. Drummer can on it, and it was louder than what I think I would like.

Seems the Jardine has an optional quiet insert as well, that makes it quieter.

Thanks

I have the Jardine Carbon Fiber exhaust on my ULY...It's pretty loud. Sounds like the big boy Harley motor that it is. POPS! like crazy when decelerating. I like it loud, so I've been happy with it. It certainly is louder than the Magnaflow dual exhaust on my Chevy Tahoe!

Hey Onemanclan,

Have you tried the quiet insert/ring??

Thanks
John

I wonder if a power cone will hurt performance much? It's how you stop straight pipes from backfiring so much.
