Found this Uly in th Kuwait International Airport 3 weeks ago. Desert camo and all for only KD3860 or $14,504 plus road tax and all.   I did buy a T-shirt while I was there. cost me $40 about the same in the states. | ||

I was just in a HD dealer in Strasbourg, France and bought a Buell T-shirt for 35 Euros which comes to a little over $50. They had a 07 Uly on the floor which was listed as coming with 2500 Euros of upgrades (none evident that I could see - no mounting HW for bags etc). It was listed for 12,200 Euros which is over $18,300. Years ago when the dollar was strong I used to shop in France cause the prices were attractive. Not any more. Our weak dollar is making Europe expensive. There are going to be a lot of Europeans vacationing in the US this summer for the good shopping and cheap gas<grin>. | ||

How the administration believes that a "weak" dollar reconciles with a "strong" United States is way beyond me. I believe China can now label their products "Made in the U.S.A" since they pretty much own us. | ||
