So I searched and searched again to find some where that explains what I can do with one, that I can't do with the other. I CAN'T FIND IT.....

Anyways... I already have the VDSTS and plan to reset the TPS this weekend and also look into my timing as the last 2k miles I was pinging a lot (even in cold weather). I thought it may have been bad gas...but for 2k miles??? Also, I have reached 10k miles and need to change my plugs. Could that have added to the issue as well? Mine has always pinged since new, I just rode around it. The worst was my offroading in the Smokey Mountain dual sport trails. It was pinging like a sum-va-b*&%h. So I'll also look at figuring our where my timing is and then retarding it maybe 3 degrees.

Thanks...

There wasn't much more you could do with VDSTS beside set the TPS and watch the pretty gauges. With ECMSpy you get to change your entire eeprom if you want from '06 to '07 or you can play with your fueling tables. Start with Treadmarks square idle mod and go from there.
