I'm looking for some new boots and am interested in the Sidi Canyons. Anyone have them? I like the Vertigo, but seems like I'd need more boot for the off road/muddy/dirty days. Thanks for any input. Josh |

I got 2 different size pairs of them from Newenough.com, they look great, construction and materials are top notch. They were too narrow for my feet, so i ended up returning them and instead are getting these: http://www.newenough.com/boots/waterproof_racing_b oots/sidi/vertigo_mega_wide_sizes_gore_tex_motoryc le_boots.html I didn't get any riding time with the Canyons, but from what i can tell, if they fit you, you will be happy. |

I have a pair of them and love them. They have been through plenty, even a low side. The buckle is scratched up but my feet were in perfect shape. No ankle issues, nothing. They work. They are also completely waterproof. Many claim they are, but these really are. Been in some serious down pours and I have also walked through a creek with these on. Once they are broken in (around 1 month) they are comfy. They are a little warm in the summer months when it is REALLY hot out. Other than that...they keep my feet at a perfect temps. In the cold, I just wear a set of nice SmartWool socks and my feet are perfect (25F and above). For me... great boots. I paid $250 plus tax for mine from a local dealer. Also mine have the Sympatex liner, instead of the Gore-tex. |

I have the Sidi All Roads which are similar but I believe the All Road is taller, which I like.. it keeps your pants from blowing up on top of the boot... The soles are thick with good traction and being thick I touch ground a little sooner on the ULY. Very warm boot(and dry)...might to too much for the summer. |
