Just a note to recognize superior customer service.

I ordered a Parabellum 28 for the Ulysses. Ordered on Friday, delivered the following Thursday. Excellent, except they shipped a tinted shield and I'd requested clear. Called them on Friday morning, "Sorry, we'll get a clear shield out to you. You can use the tint and then return it when the clear arrives." In of itself, that's great.

Today, Monday, the clear shield arrived! They are also crediting me for return shipping.

Not bad.....

Not Bad? That sounds pretty freakin' good to me. That's the way Customer Service should be, and seldom is.

Charlie@Parabellum has been around for many years. I had a BMW shield on my 99 roadster.

It is a great company and they make a product that "Just Plain Works".

I'm glad you had a good experience with them.
