I bought this used from someone and rode only 25 miles with it installed. I am 6'2" and the buffeting and wind noise hits me in the wring spot and was just too much for a rider of my height. The previous owner said they used it for about 5k.
It is clear 16"(tallest) model, standard cut, and is 18" wide. Made specifically for the Uly. it is in good condition... evidently their kid hit it with a whiffle-ball, which caused one small scuff.
New they are $149 new

Ulganfreedom,
I modified my CeeBailey with a cheap heat gun (already owned), sabre saw, hole saw, and, Slipstreamer rod kit, and cable ties. I'm about 6'1" and it works great. It brings it 2" closer to you and can be as high as you want depending on where you make the holes for the Slipstreamer rods that mount to windshield and handlebars. Buffeting gone. Very solid mount and it's been on my bike for about 2 years and the black cable ties have never broken, not once. Here's what it looks like:
