So my wife and I are enjoying Christmas by ourselves this year and we got to talking about riding this spring. Originally we had planned on looking for a Uly in spring, but I think there may be better deals to be had yet this winter, plus it would give me time to plan any farkles. So my question to you all is, I am in Madison WI, where would YOU go to buy a Uly, best deal, best service, and I do plan on giving Andy with Appleton a call. I have family in Minnesota so anybody there that has gotten a good deal please chime in. Thanks all and Merry Christmas! PS, I'm looking for an 08'

You may also wish to check with "Bud" Curtis at Hal's near Milwaukee, in New Berlin. They are easy to get to as they are just a bit south of I-94 on Moorland Road in Waukesha County.

Give Paul a call at Donahue Harley/Buell in Brainerd/Baxter, Mn. I got a great deal on my 08' there and service is available there or at their St. Cloud, Mn. store, which would be closer for you. Paul's a member here with a Uly and tons of miles on it. He rides it hard and in places one would never think a Uly could go and it shows as he has never washed it in two years, and it looks cool, so muddy/dirty, and showing the scares from off road riding. Like he says "the Harley guys with all their chrome just stare at the thing" when they come into the dealership.

I've been very happy with Appleton Harley. Having purchased the demo uly that DaveS had, I have continued to enjoy great service from the service department and Andy.

+1 for Bud @ Hals, guy goes out of his way for the Buellers, even the ones clear across the country that are only there to maybe rent a bike (damn snow). Drop him a note.
