Got back from Nashville yesterday with a 2006 Uly with 2510 miles. Now the planning starts....ok it started a long while back, but now the doing starts.

I started a list of things it has and things I am going to do - thought it would be interesting to hear if anyone has input on any of it -

Current Options/accessories
Buell side cases
Remus exhaust
Race EMC
Right Side Scoop
Rear sliders
Touratech handguard spoilers
Rizoma billet grips
Pro Taper Contour handlebars

To do -
}Check for recalls
BAS Move - Done
Kickstand - Done
Lyndall brake pads
PIAA 1100 x lights
Jetcoat headers
2008 Triple Clamps
Air Deflection Kit
Progressive Fork Springs
Zero Gravity Screen
Odie's heat blankets
HVMP Bar ends (got them but don't fit Pro Taper)
Triple Tail Pack
Air box - check, decide after ride
Air filter - check, decide after ride

For the Buell parts it seems from reading hear that Andy at Appleton is a great source - better than trying to work locally?

By the way the Remus sounds awesome (to me) - will work on posting a clip this weekend.

If it doesn't have the 07 air filter box, either cut it up to look like the 07 or buy one, about $35. With the other pieces added you describe, I expect that has been done.

Mirror mount wideners.

Stebel horn.

GPS?

PLEASE post that sound clip of the Remus.

Good call on the horn - forgot that one. No GPS yet but I am thinking a Zumo 550 when the snow melts.

Definitely on the clip - my wife says the sound feels great.....

I love this site - was able to find the tech bulletins on the BAS and Kickstand recalls and verify that they were completed - sweeeet!

Welcome to the party. Let the fun begin. Now is the time to start the mods, in-between riding seasons.

Wow, that's quite a list. Ane here on my '06 the only thing I did was to change the grips...otherwise I felt the Uly was perfect out of the box.

But it nice to accessorize...don't get me wrong.
