Just bought a 2006 Uly on eBay, had made my mind up on th e2008 until the fork refit experiment by Tread. Just made more sense to me to go used. Side note - buying motorcycles on ebay is easier at 1 AM  ! Going to Nashville to per 'er up sometime in the next week! Now to go 'splain to the Mrs......and start buying parts     | ||

Looks like Boswells.?.? Welcome aboard the Uly wagon! I would be interested in how that Remus exhaust sounds and performs. If you plan on staying in a hotel for the night, do not do so in that area of town. Go back north a few miles. That area of town is a bit rough when the sun goes down. Not sure on the bars - what you see is what I know, not a lot of details in the auction. It is Boswells - nice call! I am in Indy so will drive down and back, but thanks for the heads up. THe Remus has me intrigued as well, definitely will provide details. This is gonna be fun! | ||

Barker buys most of his Buells from Boswell's used stock. He has looked at this bike and planned to buy it if it was still there in the spring. Guess he's gonna have to find another.  Let me know when you plan to be in. I am heading out to Joplin, Missouri to see the in-laws the 22nd. I've got a couple of travel days between now and then. Are you driving down and hauling it back? If not, I'd be happy to pick you up at the airport and take you over to pick it up. | ||

Yea, let us know when you will be in town. If your not in a big hurry to haul ass out of town, perhaps a few of us could meet up for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Some good restaurants and most of Nashville's "night life" is just about 5 minutes from Bosswells. | ||

Waaaaaay faster orange one  !! Ft B - thanks for the offer of a lift, not necessary though as I am drving down, 4 1/2 hours assuming no traffic in Louisville. My wife thought it would be fun to bring our girls and stay at the Gaylord Opryland then swing over and grab the bike Monday AM. I would love to take a raincheck on mexican food and Buell banter - I hear TN has damn nice roads and would like to head down on 2 wheels this summer. | ||

Opryland is beautiful this time of year. Plan on enough time to take the kids through the ice sculpture display. Mine loved it. They also have the Rockettes show that my wife enjoyed. | ||

Ya see, I don't want yer womens to all be mad at me this close to Christmas. After the holidays, I will post some of the other mods like the square idle mod, and the "Does this bikini make my ass look fat" mod. |
